Marriott Grand Residence Club has a large lobby that features gas fireplaces and several groupings of overstuffed chairs. Shops are within the development to rent and store skis and snowboards. An activity center for all ages is available for a fee in an adjoining vacation rental development. The South Lake Tahoe hotel provides "tidy-up" service but not full housekeeping. Laundry facilities are available. Complimentary wired and wireless Internet access is offered throughout the hotel, including in the 345-square-foot conference room. Self-parking and valet parking are available for a surcharge.
Located just across the state line (a walk of 5–10 minutes), three Nevada casinos provide complimentary shuttle service from early morning to very late upon request.

The Lake Tahoe is a mecca for all sorts of outdoor recreation. In winter, several ski areas provide downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Guests can ski-in/ski-out to Heavenly Ski Resort and obtain passes at the front desk.
In summer, the lake is a popular destination for swimming, boating, sailing, and other water sports, with excellent hiking and mountain biking in the surrounding hills.

“completely satisfied”
The hotel was expected as shown on the website. My guests and us are very satisfied with the services at the hotel. I would firmly recommend to other friends to book for this hotel.
“Warm and Wonderful Lake Tahoe Vacation Spot”
We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was perfect. It is a very family friendly atmosphere and we are excited to hopefully take our kids and grandkids with us next time. There is a grocery store across the street, which will be great for families as welll. We were very impressed and can't wait to go back to the Marriott Grand Residence!
“Didn't want to leave!”
We have been to Lake Tahoe many times and have stayed at a few places, but this hotel was by far the best! The grounds are beautiful, love the valet and being greeted at every corner...not something you expect for such a reasonably priced hotel! We stayed in a 3 room suite, there were 6 of us total, 4 adults and 2 kids...there was more than enough room and then some. We spent a lot of time on the big balcony taking in the fresh air. The proximity to the casinos, restaurants etc is great, everything is within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again and can't imagine staying anywhere else!
“Can't wait to go back!”
We had an amazing time at this hotel. It really exceeded our expectations. Very nice room, pool and great customer service. We usually stay at a different hotel in tahoe but now we have a new favorite!
“WOW!!”
Although not located on the lake, this accommodation is in the heart of everything. Beautiful accomodation made even more loverly because it snowed whilst we where there (1st week in October). Highly recommend this to all.

“Fantastic hotel!”
We only stayed in Lake Tahoe for 3 days, but this hotel was a fantastic base, the rooms were clean, very comfortable and had great amenities. Opposite the hotel was a supermarket, starbucks, subway etc. which was really handy. Only negative we were unaware of was that you have to pay $17 a day valet parking.
“Beautiful, Comfortable Place to Stay!”
Will definitely be returning to the Grand Residence! We were looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to stay in Tahoe with a great location and got everything we were looking for! We stayed in a one bedroom suite, The place was very clean, spacious, and perfect with a fireplace in the living room and bedroom. It's right in the middle of heavenly village, so we were able to walk to different restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend! It was the perfect weekend getaway for us!
“Felt like heaven”
Not only did the hotel feel like we were in heaven but it felt Europeon. We enjoyed the room, the view and the convenience of being close to everything!!!! Only negative was the bell hop was slow. We took advantage of the workout facility and the jacuzzi. It felt like heaven in Heavenly at the Grand Residence Marriot.
“FANTASTIC place to stay in South Shore.”
Hotel was very luxurious and beautiful. We stayed in the one bedroom suite, and it was a little slice of Heaven! Thoughtfully decorated, full kitchen with plates, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, and the full bathroom with jacuzzi tub was icing on the cake. Staff was extremely nice. Concierge service was very helpful when I found myself in a bind and needed a recommendation to find a local boutique for a quality dress shirt in a hurry. The valet and bellboys were very helpful and careful with my cars and belongings. The hotel is surrounded by some fantastic dining in a cozy, yet energetic setting. Inside this setting is the lift that takes you up to Heavenly if you are there for skiing. There is a Raley's grocery store right across the street for those little food and snack items you want to stock the fridge with. Walk outside to the main street, face right, and the main strip is right in front of you. I couldn't have asked for more on my vacation!
