"Fabulous hotel in Bellagio"
We were in room 403 and the view was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location, the room was spotless, breakfast was delicious. It was our favorite place to stay in our 2 1/2 weeks in Europe.

"Good value"
The location is great, close to shopping and the ferries. The space is more than adequate as a studio. Too bad we had to lift the luggage up three flights of stairs to get to our room.

"Home from home"
We had a lovely stay here, Amelia (the owner) lives upstairs and was very welcoming and friendly. It's worth calling ahead if you are going there without a car, as they often pick people up from the ferry/bus to save them walking out with bags. Without luggage it is a short (20 minutes) walk into Bellagio, but it is not unpleasant. There is a short section near the apartment without pavement, which is not great but we didn't think it was that much of a problem. Overall the apartment was lovely- the kitchen was in good order and everything was clean and tidy. The road outside does cause a bit of noise in the day if you have the living room windows open, but the bedroom is pretty quiet and we certainly didn't lose any sleep due to cars. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxed stay in (or perhaps I should say "near") Bellagio- it was much cheaper than staying in the centre, and we really appreciated escaping the busy, tourist-filled town centre. There's also beaches, gardens and restaurants in nearby hamlets (10-15 minutes away) which we much preferred to the town centre as they were quieter and not so touristy!

"Friendly with impeccable locations"
Hotel staff extremely friendly, honest, and helpful. Location is the dead-center of the waterfront. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I left my passport, iPad and iPhone behind when I changed room, and found them brought to my new room by the hotel staff. Expensive considering the limited amenities, but the location and views made up for it. Breakfast coffee was too weak, and they could make the rooftop a more happening place. Will definitely stay again if return to Bellagio.

"So amazing, a slice of Italian heaven!"
Hidden in a true Italian mountain village, is this gem with the most outstanding views. You can't help but to sit every minute on your balcony, soaking in the view from sunrise to well into the middle of the night. With a lovely shop 10mins up the road to get fresh bread and pastries in the morning and a great 'locals' Pizzeria, I had found the perfect Italian getaway for my family. The pool was a reasonable size and again swimming with the beautiful surroundings, you struggled to pull yourself away to visit other areas. We were lucky to experience both types of apartments and they were equally perfect for anyone’s needs, there was nothing needed and all the utensils in the cupboards to cook your favourite dishes too. Sarah was so friendly and even though there was a freak, once in a life time, incident, it was dealt with so efficiently by both the owners of the property and the local services, everything was back to normal within hrs of daybreak and on a Sunday too! A must is to hire a boat, save your pennies and even if for a couple of hours it is a fab experience, head south where the water is so warm and the towns and houses are extraordinary. Recommend 'Boat Hire' in Dongo. If I was to throw a negative in it would be the restaurants around the area we went to, all had the same menus and I didn't get to introduce my husband and daughter to quiet the food heaven I have experienced on my other travels to Italy. This is not to say what we did eat wasn't great.
