"The home is as per the description. It is renovated and very clean in a very quiet location. The wonderful hosts (Mariiela and Plamen) were very accommodating and receptive to any requests and suggestions. There is always the potential to have sun in both the front and rear yards. Nice Weber grill. Location wise it is very close to major stores, including 2 Costco's. There is a very nice park very close by along with more walking paths about 10 minute walk away. The beds were very comfortable."

"Family stayed here as a group to attend a wedding being in San Clemente. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Beds, quality pillows and bedding provided a restful sleep. Home access and directions were easy and clear to understand. Quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Smaller vehicles suggested for gated parking, its tight. Extra larger parking spot outside fence. Should the need arise, I’d stay here again. Close to large mall, Costco, major fast food chains, groceries, etc."

"The area was pretty and quiet. The views were beautiful. The pool area was nice and had a grill. The garage was nice but tight so don’t bring a large car. It is as great to have the half bath downstairs. The only negative were the curtains. They are sheer in the bedrooms and there are not blinds. I have trouble sleeping when it is not dark."
