Everything was excellent! From the early check-in, to the view from the room, staff, cleanliness! On the top floor is a very cool bar! Very close to the city center both on foot and by local buses, which have a fixed stop in front of the hotel! The only problem was that they didn't have a swimming pool open, even though the website said it was!

Not too bad
Never got wake up call. Contradiction on airport transfer price. Pay at check in not check out. Insufficient seating in their restaurant for breakfast, although plentiful. Staff generally cheery, emails answered, central locarion good for sightseeing. If on 19th floor, can be noisy from scrapping chairs from the restaurant on 20th floor.
