Have gone there before & love going there again. Good location for hotel & excellent service. Good breakfast when you are on the go.

Great Hotel, the staff on the front desk was very very nice, fun to deal with. I would highly recomend this hotel to any traveler.

We had a great stay. Nothing at all to complain about. Unfortunately we had to leave early before the hot breakfast was ready, but they were very kind and gave us a travel bag to take some muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt and juice! Great customer service!
“An affordable, nice hotel for Kingston sightseers”
Have never been to Kingston before but chose this place since it looked like a good location close to the action but a little less expensive than on the water. It was exactly that. As we arrived, I asked the desk clerk for restaurant recommendations and he efficiently produced an easy to read map and took the time to mark about 5 places on it. We ended up going to two of them and they were stellar and affordable (just like he said). The hotel offers a free "full breakfast" which in my mind is an expanded continental buffet with egg-like (what exactly is in the "scrambled eggs" so many places prepare these days?) hot dish and bacon along with awesome bagels, cereal, etc. Not exactly a sit-down breakfast but it is good enough to start your day and everyone else seems to agree because it is always pretty crowded. Very flimsy paper plates but they work.
“excellent hotel in Kingston”
I stayed there for three days. I found it to be a little on the pricey side, however, it is a very comfortable and clean hotel. They serve up a buffet breakfast in the morning which is pretty good. The hotel is close to a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and there are a few shops and service stations nearby also. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Kingston.

Brand new hotel that opened a week before we stayed. Large comfortable rooms with Continental Breakfast in the morning. Front desk staff still on a learning curve but very accommodating.

We had a great stay. Front desk staff very friendly. Hotel very clean. Breakfast buffet had everything we could want to eat. Have been there before and would definately go back.
