Four Points by Sheraton Kingston offers 171 air-conditioned guestrooms and suites all of which are accessible via exterior corridors. Rooms feature downtown or waterfront views. Beds feature triple sheeting and premium bedding. 32-inch plasma televisions come with premium cable channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Suites also feature walk-out balconies, sofa and refrigerator.
Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wired high-speed Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks and ergonomic chairs, as well as phones with voice mail; free local calls are also provided. Additionally, rooms include complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers. Microwaves, refrigerators, and hypo-allergenic bedding can be requested. Renovation of all guestrooms was completed in June 2009.

“Great weekend”
My husband and I spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Four Seasons Sheraton. We were very satisfied. The location is right downtown and right beside the market, restaurants, shopping and 10 minute walk to the cinema and the Grand Theatre. The food at the Sizzler restaurant is very good. They had a great special for $10 you could get a large draft beer with your choice of 1lb. of mussels or chicken wings or chorizo sausages. We tried the mussels and the wings...delish! They even brought us a tiny round loaf of warm bread with cream cheese spread to start. A very nice surprise. The breakfast was excellent as well. We didn't have the opportunity to have dinner. Pool and hot tub were very enjoyable as well. We will definitely go back.
“Great hotel in a great location.”
This hotel is a modern hotel (built in 2000) in downtown Kingston very close to the waterfront. The hotel is very clean, the underground parking is easy to access and the staff were very friendly. I think one other reviewer my have confused this hotel with a different one. One reviewer described it as a motel with exterior hallways, this is clearly not the case. The location in Kingston is perfect. It is located downtown, very close to the scenic waterfront, great restaurants and bars. It is also within easy waking distance to Queen's University, and a short hike to RMC/Fort Henry. I would recommend the Kingston Brew Pub (Canada's oldest!) or Woodenheads as great please to eat, just steps away from the hotel. Wired and wireless wi-fi were available in our hotel room. We got a free upgraded room, and a complementary newspaper. There was an additional charge for parking, but this seems to be standard in downtown Kingston hotels.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Kingston. It's clean, quiet, and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. A very easy stay on what was a hectic weekend.

“Beautiful hotel in downtown Kingston!”
Stayed here when I came to visit my daughter at Queen's. The hotel is in a perfect locaton; close to restaurants and shopping. We had a late dinner across the street and were able to walk for coffee and breakfast in the morning. The desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. I wasn't able to stay long as I only had one night but I will stay there again when I visit next.

“Not best if you expect to get a good sleep”
The room was quite clean, and the decor was pleasant to the eye. But the bath tub tap was loose and it looked like it will fall off anytime. The worst was the ventilation in the room. It was very noisy and ran every two minutes. I had hard time falling asleep because of it and it woke me up several times during the night. The bed was uncomfortable such as it would roll with you whenever you turned to your side.
