There are two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twins. The kitchen has been renovated and is completely equipped for your culinary needs. (please note this unit has NO AIR CONDITIONING)

Pico with it's "Big Mountain Skiing, Small Mountain Charm" is just minutes away from most of the restaurants and night life Killington is famous for. The mountain has terrain for all abilities and offers all levels of classes and training from beginners to extreme and advanced training from past Olympians. The Killington Region offers a wide variety of outdoor sports for everyone. You can rent a snowmobile and take a tour of the Green Mountains. The family can enjoy great fun at the tubing park or ice skating on the Foundry Pond. Rock out at Killington's amazing night clubs such as the Wobbly Barn, Pickle Barrel or Jax's. Come to Killington and your memories will last a lifetime.

The Green Mountains offer many summer activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Killington Resort offers mountain biking trails for all abilities, zip lines and a free fall jump tower for the dare devils and more in the Adventure center. Hike Vermont's Long Trail or branch off on to the Appalachian Trail and discover amazing views and waterfalls. Rent a Kayak and spend a bucolic day on Kent Pond or go river tubing on the White River. Great location and nice condo
The Little Pico Triple is just outside your door. And you also park just outside the condo. The condo is set up well for four. The fireplace is nice. It was a cold weekend and we found the window on the door to the deck was rotting out and cold air streaming in. We called and maintenance came right over to resolve the issue. Otherwise the condo seemed well maintained.

Great location
This condo is truly ski on ski off. It is clean and well stocked with amenities and we had a great trip. I wish we didn’t need to drive to the rental office to pick up a code- most places email this information and after a long drive it would have saved us time to not have driven past our destination and back.

Nice Stay at PICO, Short Drive to Killington
My husband and 15 year old daughter stayed during the February break. Ski and ski out at PICO which was a small but fun mountain. We drove to Killington multiple days as well, 5 minute drive. Wood burning fireplace was cozy, and nice to have a washer and dryer. We had a problem with the code on the door to enter but this was quickly resolved.

Great location, good place
Happy with our stay, despite historically frigid temperatures! Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is tight, but all worked well. Steps to the ski lifts! Biggest critique is that the property mgmt company made us drive several miles (over 20 minutes round trip) past our place to pick up a paper check-in packet that could be sent electronically beforehand. Please fix that! Otherwise, would rent again! Pico is a great mountain for families.
