"This was my 1st stay in Key Colony Beach and the rental description was very accurate, very clean and very comfortable for a mature (not so young) couple. We had everything we needed in the house and more. The internet was great and my husband worked some remotely while I explored parks near by. The pool area is completed fenced in so my dogs could be out chasing lizards for fun while I enjoyed the pool and husband cooked on the gas grill. "We had the best time staying at this beautiful property! The kids loved swimming in the pool and watching the manatee off the dock. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the dock drinking our coffee and closing out the day with a glass of wine. The new black stone made it super easy to cook our fresh caught fish. "Beautiful little house that had everything we needed. Great place for our boat, on a canal, with easy access to the atlantic and gulf. We could fish in the canal, a great tiki hut with table and chairs and grill. We sat at this almost every night and had a private dinner on the water."

"We enjoyed our stay very much, the location was great to access what we wanted and needed. Being at a place in the middle of the Keys was nice to maneuver between all of the Keys to explore them. Having access to the pool and beach was a plus and we greatly appreciated that as well."

"Great views towards the water with no one behind. The furnishing, kitchen and beds were adequate for our 10 day stay. We got hit with day long 10inch rain fall. Place next to us got "wet" but we were good. The light switches location seemed odd but we got used .. day before we were leaving. If back in the keys, I would rent it again. Thx."

"This place is nice. The deck is wonderful and rooms are large. A couple of things1. The beds squeak really loud as you get in and out. 2. Another comfy chair would be nice besides the wicker chairs, couch was great but with 4 people a couple get left out of comfy seating. 3.
