"This was our second time staying at the Kona Castle Reef . This oceanfront unit was comfortable, tidy and an excellent layout. Some of the lighting fixtures seemed dated and Could use replacement . Having the bbq’s there as an alternative cooking option was fantastic. We can’t wait to visit again next year and hopefully secure the same unit as we did this time ."

"If you want a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle this is the place! Clean, well maintained, great privacy, and great communication. Really nice patio where birds visit and you can sit sipping your coffee, and gaze into lush tropical surroundings and the sea at the horizon. "My seven-year-old twins, and I loved the space. It was cozy and provided very easy access to all the downtown Kona activities. "This property is exceptional, we had a fantastic stay! The property is beautiful, extremely well landscaped and maintained. The guest house is modern, luxurious, comfortable, clean, has wonderful indoor/outdoor feel. The kitchen is very well equipped with all we could have ever needed. The guest house offers plenty of privacy, beautiful and unobstructed views of the ocean and sunsets. We really enjoyed the grill and private hot tub, picking limes in the orchard, and feeding the miniature horses! Location is great, less than one mile to Kealakekua Bay and snorkeling at Captain Cook Monument. Definitely hope to be back!"
