“Great stay”
My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was exactly what we reserved. Spacious & very very clean! Overall, we recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again in the near future!
“A must stay!”
WE LOVED IT! Bed was clean and comfortable. Pool/hot tub was fun and a great way to relax. Breakfast in the morning was superb! Will be staying there again!!!
“Very customer service friendly and helpful”
The night clerk on November 20 went out of her way to help us get our son's wallet back to him in Kelowna. It was left in our vehicle and we left Kelowna with it. She boxed it up and phoned purolator to pick it up. We really appreciated her care and truouble to help us.
“A nice place to stay in Kamloops”
A great spot to stay in Kamloops. It's close to the Trans Canada highway and only minutes from downtown. There are restaurants within walking distance and a Tim Horton's 2 minutes away. The complimentary breakfast is as good as any restaurant and the staff are very pleasant. The parking lot is not the largest spot so it you drive a full size pick-up or a camper you will have to park at the far end of the building. My room faced the downtown and there was a nice view of the mountains in the distance. I would stay here again for sure.

“A Great Place To Stay!!”
We found the hotel to be very clean, nicely furnished and pleasent. The staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating.There were lots of good restaurants close by with a wide price range that should suit anyone. It was also close to main Highways as well as thoughfares that led to easy access to all the various venues we wanted to see. All and all a very positive experience. My only complaint was the fact they charged extra for my husband of 55 years and the two of us were there to celebrate our anniversay. I've never seen this before usually its cheaper for two.

Great place, pool open late, great for kids when we got in later. They could blow off energy in the pool. Great breakfast.
“"Brilliant Room"”
My husband and I were stopping off in Kamloops on our tour of Canada for one night before going on to Whistler. We had up until then stayed in Fairmont hotels for our trip and following a 6 hour drive from Lake Louise to the Hampton Inn I was not sure if the hotel would be a disappointment. However as soon as we walked into the reception area any doubts I had disappeared. Reception area was clean bright and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and curteous. Our room, a King studio suite was immaculate and extremely spacious. The bathroom was a good size. There was a small kitchen area with fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave. Bed was huge and very comfortable. A nice large flat screen TV. A sofa and coffee table provided a nice place to sit and relax with a drink. Free wi-fi was included. We used the hotel self serve laundry which was a nice convenience to have $4 to wash and dry - not bad. Breakfast (included in our tariff) was buffet continental and offered cereals,toast, eggs, bacon, hot drinks, fruit etc. As a Brit who has done a fair bit of travelling in different countries, it is often difficult to find good English Breakfast tea. Well this is the first place that has offered excellent tea bags (even better than the Fairmont!) All in all this was an excellent hotel and would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone. Enjoy!
“Good choice”
It was a good choice for a 1 night on our way to Vancouver from Calgary. The pool was ok, excellent breakfast, everything was clean. Recommended.
