"We went on a business trip and booked this apartment at least 2 weeks in advance. On the day we were supposed to spend the night in the apartment, we arrived around 18:00, and no owner or anyone else at the address. When we called and contacted about a reservation, the lady said that she had some duties that day and she could not accommodate us for the night. "The apartment/hotel was very clean and tidy with an interesting lay out. The bed was on the mezzanine floor with the downstairs area a seating area leading to bathroom. When we checked in, David kindly advised we had been quoted a higher-room rate and charged the lower rate - absolutely wonderful and honest.
