"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. "We stayed at Prati Palai as part of our honeymoon, and it was everything! You can feel the attention to detail, the guests, and Bardolino culture. Our Jr. Suite was a massive size, which was perfect as we experienced some rain. We preferred to walk down to Bardolino and to other towns as well, but with plenty of parking, I know many guests drove and came and went. It truly was a relaxing and bucket list experience. "

We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. "Che dire, la struttura è veramente top, ci abbiamo soggiornato un weekend ed è stato tutto fantastico!!! Sono convinto che per una prima notte insieme con la mia nuova compagna non avrei potuto scegliere di meglio, soddisfattissimi!!! Per non parlare delle 2 ore in esclusiva nella jacuzzi sul terrazzo vista lago, da favola!!! Colazione incredibile, non manca nulla!!!
