"Perfect. A few issues but everyone responded very quickly. Fixed electrical outlet, showers needed cartridges, toilet needed new insides to flush, dryer needed new vent. All perfect now. All workers were very responsive. Would definitely recommend."

"This two bed, two bath was perfect for our family! We enjoyed our time here. Everything was very clean, and stocked with things that we usually have to bring with us. "It was more like a hotel room. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't what I expected. It was nice being on the third floor with the garage and bridge entrance. Also closer to the beach. The kitchen was nothing fancy but had everything that a kitchen needed. The bathroom had shutters that open and closed. I had Grandkids with me , 1 boy - 2 girls so they were constantly peeking on the others in the bathroom. That room is more for couples. No privacy."

"Everything was great, but it needs new pots and pans. Pot and pans were very old scratch can barely cook anything. Other one Han that everything was great. AC was nice and cool washer dryer worked good"

"From the time we reserved the condo to the time we left the experience was great. The condo is beautiful and met all of our needs. We highly recommend this condo, the kitchen is greatly equipped, the beach stuff was perfect and on the rainy day we were able to join the large screen TV to watch a movie or two."

"This is our 2nd stay in this command our 5th stay in the golf villas this is a nice condo with everything you need. The dining chairs are not very comfy but is good for short sitting times."

We love Seascape and the surrounding Miramar Beach area, which particularly served us well this year as we had less beach time due to poor weather conditions, but our family of four had plenty of space to relax at the condo. "The property has a good floor plan, great location (lots of stores/restaurants nearby), very responsive management company, and the unit was clean. Also, we enjoyed having the extra soaps, bags, TP etc. Thank you! The downside of the property is that there are a number of things that are broken. For example, one of the burners on the stove doesn't work, the handle to the microwave is loose (the already taped handle is starting to come undone), the shower dial handles in 2nd fl master bath and...

"This home was perfect! Lots of space that was utilized very well. Everyone had a place to sit in the living room and around the table. Tons of room in the kitchen and it was organized and had anything needed to prepare and present a meal. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Just steps away from the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Hi chair, baby gate and pack and play provided were so useful. Beach chairs and beach cart in the garage were very handy!! Garage easily parked two cars and...

"The property was clean, great area, we had loads of fun. There's would have been some more dishes and things needed for cooking for a family to use to make them."

"The house was as promised. There were 5 bedrooms and the beds were decent. There were no dressers of any kind in any of the bedrooms. There was one 2 drawer night stand in each room. No where to put luggage except on the bed. No where to store folding clothes except to leave in the luggage on the floor. There were 3 bathrooms and NONE of them had enough towel racks or hooks for wet towels. With 9 people as we had and bath towels and beach towels there was not enough hanging hooks or towel racks."

"I have been here a few times and i Love it .it has a small playground for kids, pool , hot tub, all nice ...i saw a few fixtures that seemed a bit in need of improvement like showers not working or not working properly. The cabins stay nice and cool and cozy and you are just minutes from navarre beach . The swimming in the sound there at the camp is nice with the pier ...price is reasonable and alot of amenities. I will go back !"
