The Heavenly Bed consists of a custom-designed, foot-thick pillowtop mattress with all-white bedding; triple sheeting; down blanket, comforter, and duvet; and five pillows (two goose down/feather, two hypo-allergenic, and a decorative "boudoir" neck roll pillow).

The Heavenly Bath consists of a dual showerhead with multiple spray options; curved shower rod for extra room; white-on-white shower curtain; velour, waffle-weave bathrobes; oversized Brazilian combed-cotton bath towels; and spa bath products.

Other amenities include unfurnished balconies, wireless and wired Internet access (surcharge), complimentary weekday newspapers, minibars, multi-line phones, additional towels/bedding, and coffeemakers. “Great Stay”

“Good location”

Very nice hotel connected to the Galleria mall. The staff was very friendly, especially the person at the front desk. The room was very clean. The hotel is convenient to the mall and many good restaurants.

“Can't wait to go back”

Loved staying at the Westin Oaks! The convenience of having The Galleria and all the shops and restaurants made our experience even better. The hotel was beautifully renovated and the service was great.

“Dance Convention at The Westin Oaks”

I loved the room. It was spacious and the kids(8 year old twins) had room to spread out dvds, video games and there was enough room to have luggage out of the way. The staff was very responsive to my request to have a refrigerator brought to the room. That's a necessity when traveling with young kids. All of our requests were handled with professionalism and quickly. Even the sister hotel helped me get checked in because I had arrived at the wrong Front Desk. That started off my weekend on a great note. Thanks, the Harts will be back

Great hotel!! The White Oak Restaurant has great food.. I really recommend breakfast there.. the best!! and for shoppers the mall is just a step away! Definetely recomend it! .. and great staff too!

“Quilter”

“Nothing like staying at the Galleria”

This hotel is almost finished with a major renovation but is right in the Galleria, which makes it most convenient. I stayed with my wife and our 3 mo baby and everything went great; staff is friendly, amenities are nice, all good stuff. The lobby is finally a place to hang out with the renovation and the new restaurant is nicer than what they had before, although the food was always very good.
