"The hotel was wonderful and almost everything you'd expect from a Hampton. The reason I took two stars off for property condition and facilities was because the juice machine was down for our four day stay, so during breakfast, the only thing to drink was white milk. Also, the pool was closed because it needed maintenance, which is understandable from time to time, but I never once saw them working on it, and that made the closure more frustrating.
