"If you are looking for a nice, updated place to stay with easy walking access to shops and all the things to enjoy in Rosemary Beach, this place is for you. The best part of our stay was the hosts. Paradise Properties did an outstanding job with communication from helping us get a new code immediately upon check in because the one provided wasn’t working, to checking in throughout our stay to see how things were going. The only thing I will mention is the room is below a carriage house, as well...

"We were in town for a wedding. It was my husband, daughter and mother staying here. The location is very close to the beach with an easy walk. It is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed staying in this Grayton beach historic home. There is a lot to love about this quirky cabin. The Grayton shuttle makes this location more desirable as they pick you up and drop you off right across the street. The drivers are friendly and helpful - a wonderful service. I’m not giving a 5 star bc the kitchen is lacking and so is lighting on the back porch. The washer and dryer are outside making it difficult to do laundry in the dark or in the rain- the only time i want to do laundry....

"Stay was great, but there was construction on the house next door so saws and power tools started up at 7;30 am. Not fun. Also, two of our vehicles got nails in tires."

Outstanding location with easy access to beach
"Overall this was outstanding. Private beach to area and very quiet. The ONLY negatives whatsoever was some haphazard lighting wiring, blinds in the master bedroom wouldnt close (left about 2') of window, no lighting on the outside stairs and front door was replaced but not finished. While none of these were a big deal, they did not detract from the great location and good communication. Will absolutely stay here again!"
