"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

"The hotel, overall was nice. The service was very good and the breakfast and dinner, which were included, were also very good. One minor point was that there was nothing in the room in the way of coffee, water, or any type of mini-bar. My only real complaint is that although I had prepaid through Hotels.com, apparently they were not aware and charged me again. I am currently waiting for Hotels.com to resolve the issue "

Staff helpful and cooperative- not super welcoming-except for the super nice spa manager! Nice little spa to relax in. Room was not super clean. More amnities in the bathroom and a coffee machine would have made the stay perfect. "

The room was very nice, clean and spacious, furniture very stylish and modern making you feel like in 5* hotel. Bathroom was nice and good to with basic supplies provided. "We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...
