"Place was beautiful and well laid out. The host Kendra was very responsive with any questions. Hot tub was great and they even supplied firewood for an outdoor fire, (we ended up not using) Nice sitting areas on both front and back porches. Beds were comfortable and the place was super, super clean. Not many neighbors. If you like a quiet pretty place in the woods, this fits the bill!"

"We were visiting our son at EMU for Senior Baseball day. We had a lovely weekend stay at this home. It was very clean, beds are comfortable, towels are good quality and kitchen had everything we needed. We were so happy we could bring our two small dogs with us. There were nice areas to walk them and even through the frisbee. The neighborhood is quiet. We hope to stay here again next year."

"This is our 5th stay here and it gets better every time. Came to visit our senior jmu daughter with friends and family to have a chill wkend before grad. Wes is a great host and really pays attn to the details. Each time we come he’s added something to make our stay even better. Walkable to so many things (highly recommend greenberry coffee) and such a cute house. It’s our jmu home away from home. You won’t be disappointed if you book here!!"

"This was probably the nicest motel room that I have ever stayed in. Very spacious. They did a great job updating it. The checkin process was super easy. However, it is still a motel- keep that in mind for members of your group who may not be used to those. "

"This was a real find. We weren’t expecting it to be as nice as it was. Rooms are big and super clean and nicely decorated. The motel is from 1936 but you wouldn’t know it. The young girl who checked us in wasn’t very friendly but who knows what was going on in her life. Other than that everyone else was great, especially our waitress at breakfast. "
