“Misrepresented.Very disappointed.Booked a King suite only to be told they have no king beds !”

On arrival they shoed me to a room with two twin beds.I explained that I booked a master suite with a king size bed.The bell boy said all their rooms have two beds.I went to the front desk to be told again that all their rooms have two beds and they DON"T have any king size beds in the hotel . I then showed hime the reservation specifying a king bed and it being a master suite.He grumbbled and then gave me another room which at least was a suite but no king size bed ! The staff on that shift were most unfriendly and seemed more upset than me because i asked for what I paid for.I am very happy that I was given this oppurtunity and would urge you to update your listing .I have been using your site for years now and have never had a problem until now. Really if I pay for a Master suite with a king size bed ,that's what I want .How can you advertise something you don't have !!!I at the end of the day had not much choice but t stay the few ays buit I will NEVER go back to this place and urge you to seriously consider you association with them.
