"The outside of the hotel/ home is beautiful, I love and appreciate well kept historic homes and the neighborhood. I stayed in room #4, which is cozy and big enough for me to move around and lay/ sleep in both of the beds. The decorations are well thought out and added to the ambiance to this great home/ hotel. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone and will rebook when I'm in Portland again."

Hosts were amazing and so friendly and stocked the kitchen with amenities like coffee, tea, a couple of packets of oatmeal, and some drinks in the fridge. So generous and welcoming! "The location was a little bit farther than I expected from the location we were spending most of our time in Portland at but it's an absolutely beautiful drive to get there. The area felt very safe and comfortable. The rental was clean and well equipped to keep us all entertained for hours. The girls enjoyed the pool table and the games available. "We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property."

"This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....
