"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It has a beautiful view of the countryside, way up high on the mountain top and it overlooks a lovely monastery. We loved that it had two bathrooms and two bedrooms. This is a very roomy home. I could have spent a month here enjoying the solitude as we love being in small mountain villages. The owner has thought of everything. We felt right at home."

Bus stop was close to us, times not very regular but fit into our schedule to go to Fira and took 20-30 minutes to get there. "Love embracing the culture away from the tourist traps. You don't really need a car. You can hire a taxi to get there and take the bus the rest of the time. Buses are reasonable only 3.30 euro from the town into the tourist cities. No need to look for parking in Rhodes or Lindos with the bus system. Bus station is maybe a 5- 8 minute walk. I will probably not rent a car next time. Rustic and what the locals live in. Loved the private patio. My daughter stayed up nights with the lights...

"Compact but enough space for two. The view from the bedroom balcony as shown on the advert is stunning. The downside is that the property is right on the main road so traffic noise is unavoidable and there is no adjacent car parking. Your car has to be parked at the side of the road 100m away opposite Dimitri's restaurant. Our car was hit while there. However, Dimitri's restaurant is excellent but booking ahead is essential."
