Good check in . Fast friendly service . Had a free spaghetti dinner with garlic bread and beer for guests as a Tuesday night thank you . Was ok and nice we didn’t have to go out . Staff makes this place .

I like that it’s pet friendly. It’s the second time we stayed here with our mini poodle. Both times we had a pleasant experience with the location of our room for her. Easy access to outside, easy to keep her quiet as there was little traffic in the area in which we stayed.

Our child goes to NWP College, this is across the street and so convient to go to their games. We can walk across the street rather than pay for parking at the college

Pros: The staff was kind and helpful. There is a pool and breakfast. Room was clean and beds were fairly comfortable. Cons: Room was humid and smelled. Very poor noise insulation so we heard kids all around us in the hallway and bordering rooms. The curtain/window shade was not blackout and let in a lot of street light at night, and sunlight in the daytime. The fitness room was very poor - only 2 working machines and a set of 3lbs dumbbells. The water cooler in the fitness room was old and the water had a gross taste. Breakfast wasn’t great - some kind of egg mix, pancakes were subpar, and the French toast was frozen in the middle. I don’t think we will return to this hotel.

If the pool is not going to be open, it should be noted as soon as possible. I book hotel on the basis that they have a pool and are conveniently located to where I am or the places I need to go. We got to the hotel and the sign on the desk said it was closed, which was unfortunate as when you play sports a soak in the hot for a bit is nice. We went out and came back to hotel on Saturday of our stay and the sign was moved and I said to my son oh, it looks like the pool is open. The front desk lady then advised it wasn't and the sign was just hiding. Makes me think that it may not have been closed for maintenance but closed because they didn't want to deal with patrons using it because it was busy at the hotel.

Upon arrival the front desk lady informed us of 200$ incidental deposit. Which is NOT on the website of Expedia and also not said in time of booking. The native lady was super nice and it was the caucasian one who wouldn’t help us figure it out. After or non-refundable room. Pretty brutal
