“cozy "rustic" getaway”

Picturesque small site with collection of cabins off the highway - easy signage to find. Was a little bit trepidatious after reading reviews of moth-bitten bedding and cracked windows on other sites, but nothing of the sort was in store - beautiful little cabin with the amenities of a city hotel, but views of forest out out the window, log construction, and a nice patio to enjoy the late winter night air and stars! Front staff were friendly and helpful to work with. Only complaint would be hearing the noise of the highway nearby late at night, but it was muted when indoors. Still works as an isolated alternative to staying in jasper for a ski trip. Would visit again without hesitation.

“nice stay”

This is a nice place to visit. It's only draw back is it is close to the highway and there is more road noise than we like. HOwever, the people are very nice the cabin is quaint and it is a great place to access many things in the park.

“just OK”

The cabin was fine but the sofa was old and soiled. The maintenance was poor as sink did not drain well and batteries were dead in the remote. Bed was bad.

“Not my favorite”

This cabin looked much better on-line than in person. It was clean, but very small and had a musty smell. I didn't feel that it was worth the price charged. Our other accomodations(in the Banff area) were much better for the same price or better. The location was quite isolated from Jasper area attractions. There were some new much more expensive cabins that looked nice. These were the ones we viewed on-line.

“STAY AWAY”

We got one of the older cabins (The new ones look ok) lets put it this way...the manager said he wished they would just bulldoze them! They say they will be doing some renos...I vote for complete removal
