Hotel overall seems clean and well-maintained, however, our particular room has stains on the rug and an obvious patch job on the wall where it looks like there was a large crack in the wall. I understand replacing rugs is an expense, but when there are obvious stains that look like blood stains, the expense of changing out the rug would be worth it in my opinion. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, with a hot plate and coffee maker, so could have actually made a breakfast if we’d wanted to. Plenty of hot water and pressure for a relaxing shower! Bed was very comfortable and over sleeping would be very easy. I would definitely pick this place any time I was in Richmond, without hesitation."
