"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

"We had a 40th birthday celebration of our friend on this hotel and place is perfect for the event., the venue was right for the expected attendees., the hotel is very convenient and close to everything! Walmart! Coffee shop! And the highway exit! The staff are diligent and helpful! I can totally recommend thi s place for 100person gatherings. Our group also book rooms for stay overnight for safety after the party. "
