“No complaints”
Nice, reasonably priced hotel within walking distance of shops/restaurants downtown (under a mile). Enjoyed the free parking. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a nice place downtown Ft Worth and don't want to spend a fortune.
“Spring Break in Ft. Worth”
We traveled to Ft. Worth for a one night Spring Break get-a-way with the family. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, as well as the shuttle service. The kids loved the indoor pool because it was still too chilly for an outdoor pool. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
“Great downtown Fort Worth hotel”
Hotel was extremely clean and modern. All of the staff, from the front desk clerks to the breakfast area attendants, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was well done with healthy options such as eggs, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt, as well as indulgences like delicious "Cinnabon-like" pastries. The room was very clean with comfortable bedding. Our room faced the highway and we did not hear it at all! Self parking was in a lot behind the hotel which made getting the car very easy. The lobby was bright and airy; there was an area with tables and chairs for small meetings as well as a business center with 2 computers. There was a pool and fitness center which we did not use. The location is just a short walk from downtown. It is also only a few blocks from Trinity River Park which has walking/biking trails. The West 7th restaurant area and the museum district are just a short drive away. This hotel is definitely the best value for your money of any of the downtown hotels. The only other downtown hotel that compares in price is the Park Central, and that hotel is a dump. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Fort Worth.
“Awesome - Holiday Inn Express (Downtown Ft Worth)”
They went over and above with the shuttle service throughout downtown Ft Worth. All of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. It was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a hotel stay. Their free breakfast was actually breakfast! Pastries, hot/cold cereal, biscuits, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy! Their cinnamon rolls were awesome.

“Pleasantly Surprised--good stockyard event hotel”
Don't let the 2.5 stars fool you! This hotel was extremely clean, quiet, friendly and convenient. Our king/non-smoking room was nicer than I expected. Comfortable furniture and bed. In-room coffee tasted great. The hotel's free shuttle took us all the was to Billy Bob's for a concert. Cab ride back at 2 am was about $15.00, so the free shuttle is a big deal. And the covered, free, lighted parking was the icing on the cake. This is a great place to stay if you're in town for an event. Super easy to find the hotel right off of 30 and 35 interchange. Kind of desolate surrounding neighborhood, but we were too close to downtown to really care.
“Best I've ever slept at a hotel”
The hotel was in an excellent location and easy to find. The free parking was a definite bonus. The room was very comfortable and clean. We stayed 2 nights and didn't hear any noise from surrounding rooms or the busy road outside. The breakfast was great as well.
“Will Stay There Again”
Room was nice--fridge and microwave. Staff very friendly and helpful. Take advantage of the free hotel shuttle which will take you anywhere within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. No restaurants within walking distance. Nice breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit.
“Loved It!”
Would recommend this hotel highly. We rode the train from Oklahoma, so we didn't have a car there. The shuttle service was fantastic; they made it so easy to get to places in that area. The shuttle driver offered great suggestions on places to eat, things to do, and even had free passess for many events. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel breakfast and the staff....every one of them....was extremely helpful. This is the only hotel in the downtown area that offers a free shuttle and complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend it.
“great for a chain hotel!!!”
Usaully stay in bed and breakfast due to service had experianced in chain hotels. Short time to make plans found this hotel in downtown Fortworth and it was in our price range. Staff was wonderful. Always helpful with questions and fixed any problems fast(though we did not have any saw them do this with others)and had smiles. The shuttle to and from the hotel to places downtown was great. Nice not to have to pay parking everytime we went downtown. Hotel was clean, hot breakfast every morning was nice, room was good. Though hotel was full for our entire stay , and many were teens and early 20 and families on spring break we never felt like the hotel was full. Never to loud or to much parting going on. Very quiet at night. Would stay again.
