"The room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating with tips about the local area. Proximity to Crater Lake Park made it a good home base for visits. The restaurant at the casino across the parking lot was convenient with good food and there was a travel center across the parking lot as well. I would recommend this hotel. "

Crater Lake Gateway - Highway 140
2.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (93)
"Tiny hotel attached to a convenience store/gas station, room was super nice, clean, and seemed newly remodeled. Located right off of Highway 140, mostly quiet except occasional traffic passing by... Not the hotel's issue, but the power went out shortly after 10pm (thunder storms/rain in the area) and didn't come back on until after 2am. Luckily I had charged my phone & was able use it as a flashlight because dang, it was dark in the room & all around the property! (not able to make calls, no...

Secluded Hidden Gem Mazama House near Crater Lake
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (37)
"House was immaculate and easy to find. Easy check-in and great communication with Terri. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare some simple meals. Just wish I had known that you need to walk through the first floor bedroom to get to the stairs to the second floor, which means that first bedroom is not private. Luckily, we were all good friends so we dealt!"

Crater lake. 35 minutes from Crater Lake wilderness ,close to willamette river.
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (15)
"The house itself was roomy and comfortable for 3 friends in the area to explore Crater Lake. Kitchen was well appointed but some dishes had been put away not cleaned or n some cases clean but not dried. The biggest issue it was very hot, no A/C in the house which would have been less of an issue if there had been enough fans -- at least one for each bedroom. Lynda (host) was very responsive on questions and wish all hosts were that thorough in instructions and quick to respond. With more fans...

Cozy Cabin on working cattle ranch, close drive to Crater Lake, peaceful, quiet
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (9)
"We stayed 2 nights and used this cabin as our home base for visiting Crater Lake which was approximately 30 minutes away depending on where at the Lake you plan to go. It was perfect for the two of us. Watching the steer in the field was a different kind of experience. The host left us a pound of ground beef in the freezer that we gladly enjoyed after a long day of hiking. I loved how quiet the location is and also how many stars you can see from the back porch. "

Running Bear · Running Bear on Fort Creek-CraterLake Bungalows
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (6)
"My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip to Crater Lake. We arrived in the evening. Check-in was easy, the place was immediately inviting. We loved the interior, and the location was perfect - tons to do in that area! BUT, the negative is the exterior did not appear to be maintained at all. There were tall weeds all around the exterior of the house and overgrowing the sidewalk. The landscaping looked nothing like the well manicured pictures in the photo listing. There was a wasp...

The Host was VERY accomodating with pre-trip questions and information. Having family pets, and multiple places for all members to relax and enjoy the time together was exactly what was needed.
