“great property”

The room was small, which is typical of European hotels, but it was very clean, air conditioned, and the bed was very comfortable. It is in the outskirts of Florence, but it is a quick bus ride to the center of the city on bus number 22, and if you're out late, a taxi back is only about 15 Euro. There are also some nice parks near the hotel, as well as a great Japanese restaurant.

“Très convenable”

Satisfaisant dans l'ensemble, hotel propre, personnel très sympathique, peut etre un peu vetuste mais assez agreable.

“Voir Florence en laissant sa voiture au repos.”

Hôtel au confort satisfaisant bien que les équipements semblent parfois un peu vieillots (ascenseur, climatisation). Sa principale qualité réside dans sa situation, à un quart d'heure / vingt minutes en bus du centre historique de Florence. La voiture reste à l'abri, à l'ombre et en sécurité. Ainsi, pas de soucis de circulation, de parking et d'infraction aux règles florentines de la circulation. On trouve des tickets de bus à la réception de l'hôtel.

“good enough”

while not cream of the crop, the hotel was certainly decent enough and the staff was helpful with questions and with resolving transportation issues. the only downside was the included breakfast. a full breakfast was advertised, instead it was a continental breakfast. it was not bad, but I was expecting more. I would stay here again.

“close to airport”

This hotel is nice if you're looking for something close to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a taxi station close by. It took about two minutes to get a taxi, and about 5 minutes to get to the airport. However, if you're looking to do some sight-seeing, I would get something closer to the center city.

“If you're going on the cheap . . .”

If you're going on the cheap and aren't a plus-sized individual, this place will work ok, I guess. The plusses are - Not too far from the airport--if you don't have a lot of baggage, it's definitely within walking distance, no more than half an hour - The continental breakfast wasn't half-bad--I've had quite a few worse and not many better - The hotel staff was reasonably capable in English (my Italian is pretty poor) - Climate control in the room seemed to work just fine The negatives are - The elevators are only slightly more than coffin-size - The shower stalls *are* coffin-sized--taking showers was an extremely annoying experience - Having a wet floor after taking a shower is, I think, unavoidable - The bath towel they provide is amazingly non-absorbent - The floor in the room wasn't carpeted - Not too many channels on the tv to pick from The neutrals are - It's not quite an hour's walk from the town center (if you like walks like I do, then you're in luck) - The walls are a little thin, but the people around me tended to quiet down after about 10:30 so it really wasn't an issue when I was there - The mattress was like firm foam rubber--not my favorite but neither was it too soft In summary, if you're in Florence for only a few days and price *is* an object, then it passes for adequate. If personal hygiene is a low priority for you, then it will be more than adequate. If you're plus-sized or have a lot of luggage or have the money to spend, go someplace else.

“Un peu déçues mais hotel plus que correct pour le prix !”

Hotel propre quoiqu'un peu vetuste. Chambre et sdb corrects. Quartier pas top : la vue d'un des cotes de l'immeuble donne sur des immeubles de quartiers défavorisés. A 20 mins en bus du centre ville. Toutefois tres bon rapport qualité prix.

“Not impressed”

Depsite what we read from other Expedia customers, the hotel provided uncomfortable beds, a dark, sparce, dirty room with a less than friendly hotel reception desk, and it is no where near where you will want to be. Getting a cab or cathcing the local bus was not an easy task, especially on a Sunday. The cab ride alone was 20 Euro, which makes it worth the stay in town. The only thing it provided was a bigger bathroom with a tub, which is nice for a European hotel. Happy travels.

“Too Noisy but Convenient”

The elevator is very noisy and as there are no carpets and very little soundproofing it can be quite noisy. However breakfast was good and there is a very convenient bus service into Florence.
