This continues to be my go-to hotel when staying in Regina. The staff are friendly, the location is excellent, and the hotel is clean. Will be back again!

The staff there were very friendly and great. The cleanliness however was not great there were water stains in the ceiling in multiple spots and our room was dirty there were hand and mouth prints all over the window the one side of the bed looked like it had not seen a vacuum in a long time. The bathroom did not have a working fan the tub was dirty and the drain was so plugged that when I tried to have a shower i was ankle deep in water which took over 30 mins to drain. There was also hair in the bathroom sink as well.

Asked at the front desk to call a taxi for us, by the time we got to the front desk the taxi was there ready for us.
