"Property manager was helpful & responed quickly. But in text messaged before arrival we were told that after flushing toliet have to shake handle to keep it from running nonstop. Why not fix/replace toliet? And property on septic system so use water sparenly. Why this not on info for listing? Wooden floor boards have gaps & spot between kitchen & dining room where feels like sinking. When rain hard ceiling leaks in living room. Can tell happened before. "If you want a small place, close to the beach, and with few frills, this is the place. It provides a convenient place to stay that is affordable. Do not expect to be able to cook full meals as the kitchen is not equipped. You also may want to bring your own bath towels."
