"We stayed in the upper tier called the "Level". The ease of having a refreshment and snacks (very nice tapas) plus the open access to the spa on return from the slopes makes this hotel very special. I will always try to stay at this hotel "If it is available". Book in advance. "

"This is a lovely hotel that is, quite literally, across the street from Alhambra. We enjoyed the bar and the buffet breakfast (although it's a little pricy). The staff was very nice and our room was actually ready for us a little early. It's a beautiful walk down to the 'city' but it's a helluva climb back up to the hotel. We spent the 6 € for a taxi! The room was nice and comfortable... especially after the bare bones hotel we stayed at in Madrid! I would recommend this hotel without hesitation...

"Nice buffet selection food overall but having paid for meal I did I not think I need to pay for water or some drinks of course not including alcoholic beverages . Every place I've being when paying for all inclusive meals water and cold drinks always included , they only included juices and te or coffe for breakfast not dinner"

"We had a nice time, for the budget price the apartments were adequate. The late check in was a bit of a pain for a short stay. Its nothing special but at the same time everything went as well as you would hope. Just no wow factor. There are things that could be improved but nothing so drastically wrong that would put us off returning. Vera beach is pleasant but there is little infrastructure, dont expect shops and cafes! But its a very sandy beach which is pretty rare in the area."
