"I was skeptical about booking through Expedia at first at this hotel, because the pictures showed a pretty dated hotel. Upon arrival/check-in to my surprise the hotel was amazingly renovated and the interior was clean. I will return soon."

"We booked this stay for a week while work was being done at our home locally. It was the best experience we could have asked for. Having our dog and our cat with us, this was a very new experience. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. When we had to switch rooms (which was our fault due to not booking enough nights), they made it very easy. "In the heart of Times Square it’s a wonderful stay in NY that isn’t outrageously priced and close to everything. The staff is awesome, courteous, and helpful. The condition of the building isn’t perfect but few are. It is a nice hotel that is clean and I would recommend it to any of my friends and family who visit NYC. "

"Great location if you’re visiting NY. So many things to do around This area. You can spend the day walking to so many attractions or hop on a bus and see many others. Lots of police presence so you feel very safe and comfortable. "

"It was great to stay in a hotel in a good location, with a ton of interesting history attached, friendly and helpful staff, and polite other guests, too. I stayed in a suite, which was spacious and had an excellent view of the city. If I had to point out something that could be improved upon, the bedding was a little rough, but otherwise no complaints. "
