"The staff at this hotel were excellent. When we checked in quite late the checkin staff were lovely and helpful. We booked for a second night however our room type was not available so were offered an 1140am checkout as the second nights room would not be ready until later in the day. We received a phone ca next morning saying we could stay in our room for another
Night and moving was not required. Touched like this make a stay so very enjoyable and hassle free. Check out staff excellent also....
"Owners could not understand English, bedroom smells musty, bed felt damp, no ensuite, no TV, shower leaked, just had about 6 half used shampoo and body wash bottles ion shower floor., no bath towels on large type hand towel. Breakfast was looking very dodgy! I didn’t touch it. I would sleep in my car next time I had to book if only room available."
