“Very helpful staff,”

I have been to the Ptarmagan Banff before ,and will return since Banff is a totally compulsory destination for visiting family and friends. The hotel location perfect for Banff shopping and resteraunts, underground parking is great whatever the weather.etc.

“Slowly Renovating: Need for Onsite Supervision”

This hotel is one of the more reasonable hotels in the Drumheller, Alberta area. The rooms are being renovated one at a time. If you are unlucky to get one of the non renovated rooms do check to see that everything is operational. Also the carpet does not look clean so do not remove your shoes! As well the A/C units in each room are in need of cleaning as they emit a mouldy smell. The units do keep the rooms cooled but that is my only comment there. Now once I was moved to one of the renovated rooms it was a much better experience except the A/C problem remained. As well they forget to clean my room between the second and thrid day of my stay. Makes one wonder how attentive they were to cleaning the room before I got there.

“Pretty good Value - older hotel/motel with some updates”

The motel was an older property that had been updated, it was a little hard to find not very good signage to guide you. Overall, not bad, 3 out of 5.

“Not valuable”

Compared my whole Banff-Calgary trip, the hotel is most unvaluable. Price is higher, quality is lower.
