"The Four Seasons is a very high end quality hotel. It has great rooms with great beds. The staff was very welcoming and attended to my needs. The only thing I did not like was the noise in the middle of the night from the sirens of police cars and ambulances. It was a bit of a nuances. The place was very clean. I was there for a gala and it was very well put together. The food was very good. The place is very clean. We also visited the Gordon Ramsey restaurant and checked out the other...
"Very helpful staff. Furniture in room was a bit dated and had stains. But close to many different spots like the aquarium and arch which we could see from the hallway window. Very affordable and pleasant. Would recommend!"
"The hotel setup was really cute, perfect for a quick getaway. The room was small but cozy. Furniture was a little worn. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, I’m 8 months pregnant and would’ve loved something more firm. The bathroom good use a good cleaning as I saw a bit of mold in the tiles. My biggest complaint is that fiancé and I had to take a like warm shower!!!! The water in the shower didn’t get hot at all. "
"Hotel is part of the athletic club so expect dress codes. Nice bar to sit and relax. Loved the location as able to walk to Gateway Arch, restaurants. Fee for parking but it’s in a garage and well worth it in my opinion. We were able to park upon arrival and leave our vehicle in the garage until we checked out. "
"Parking here is not free with the hotel stay. Rooms are at least 300.00 if not more a room but you have to pay 42.00 to park. Then you leave parking lot to go site seeing and dinner come back and have to park even further away from hotel but still paying 42.00. Its not right."
"Very friendly, helpful staff. Everyone we had an encounter with that was part of the hotel staff was very happy, friendly and helpful! This is so refreshing! Clean, comfortable rooms in a unique building. We would definitely stay here again. "

"It was Great "
A verified traveller stayed at Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch
"This place was amazing. Allowed early check in on the day we arrived and late check out on the day were leaving. Clean, extremely friendly staff. Great breakfast as well as evening drinks with snacks. Coke machine also available if you are not drinkers. Indoor pool ( we didn't use - but there kids having fun in it. We did use the guest laundry that was available. Parking fee extremely reasonable based on the other parking fees for the Arch and Cardinal games. We did both and was easy walking distance. Would stay again and would recommend for family traveling to St. Louis downtown area."
