"From start to finish, an absolutely phenomenal experience. I have stayed at many all-inclusives and this is easily one of the best around. An amazing staff, gorgeous and meticulously clean property, top-notch food especially the breakfast buffet, and one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. Cannot wait to return!"

"Excellent stay! Greeting Upon Arrival: excellent. Very nice staff Check In: smooth process. I don't know how it happened but a pleasant surprise to be VIP. Our room was upgraded to a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen. Amenities: excellent. Restaurants for dining, pool choices, bars Quality of Food: could be better. Quality of Service: excellent. The service was kinda slow when we arrived and ate at Agave but other than that excellent. Activities: attened the white party. The buffet was decent. The show was great and so were the games they played. Shout outs for AMAZING service: Carlos (adult pool 2): Superb service. He was attentive and prompt. Carlos was on top of it. Arturo (breakfast at Don Diego's): Over and beyond service. We asked to sit in Arturo's section each breakfast. Our first breakfast there was mango and salmon with capers that was delicious. The rest of our trip, those two items were not put out. We asked Arturo and he asked the back kitchen and brought us a plate of each. We will miss him! Yuki (adult pool 2): She was so fun. Great hostess of pool activities. She recognized us every time we went to the pool. Juan (white party): Super nice and great sense of humor. Very accommodating and prompt with atrending to us. Two Doormen Upon Arrivals/Departures: We dont remember their names but they took care of us as far as transportation and luggage. Stellar customer service."
