"The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel carpet was very dirty though and they do not give slippers, luckily i had my own so i didn't have to step on the carpet at all. They also did not come and clean my room during the day? They have housekeeping so not sure why they didn't. Everything else was good. Tram is a 2 min walk and it's easy to get to the city centre from the hotel. "

"After I was able to locate the key ( a little tricky, lock box is on the left side of mail boxes and hard to see) And found the door they are for ( it has very little sign with the flat nick name) everything after that was easy like a breeze. . Very comfortable for two people, nice view of sunset and field full of flowers ( spring time). Short walk to downtown ( Angel, the restaurant, is 100% worth visiting). Amazing walk across the bridge (and Swiss border) to Roman ruins. We had some problems...

Perfect stay and wonderful staff
"Staff were incredible. You will know what I mean when you get there. I can’t even begin to explain the amazing and cool personalities there. Hotel was above a busy club so I imagine weekends might be hard to sleep. Coffees were excellent. Beds were cozy. Showers were hot. What more could we ask for?!"
