"Amazing few nights away, rained the whole time so we couldn’t really go out or use the balcony but despite that the hotel is amazing and we were able to use the spa facilities multiple times, enjoyed treatments and the lobby bar was great! Would 100% return. "

"Location is great. Staff are very helpful, breakfast is excellent and lots of choice. We had a superior room at the Windermere Rooms. I expected a better view/facilities for the cost, rooms were very warm but could be easily fixed by turning the radiators down. Floor in the bedroom was slightly uneven which didn’t affect the stay but something I didn’t expect for the price of the room. I would definitely stay again but probably wouldn’t pay for a superior room."

"The cabin was perfect, really big compared to other ones ive stayed at. The hot tub was nice and private and such a good temperature. The breakfast was good and the food at the returant was great. "Unfortunately I have experienced this hotel at it's best. The staff were nice and my room was upgraded to a suite which was a lovely touch considering I stayed with my two children. The hotel is tired, there was lightbulbs out in the room, wallpaper peeled and framework missing from the doors. The shower was yellowing and when used sprayed from cracks behind the shower head. When on the balcony you can see the other half of the hotel which is closed off and unused. It has no roof and some of the...
