"The pool area is very nice. I only stayed for one night. The hotel was very clean. If you’re trying from the US you will need to bring an adapter to plug in your devices."

"This was the 2nd stay at this hotel and it was again very enjoyable, relaxing and the staff were great as always. There was a variety of food in the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Well recommend hotel to stay."

"The hotel seems to cater for mainly Russians. The all inclusive concept available seems to bring down the quality of what would be an incredible hotel. Would be nice to have some English children’s channels seeing as the hotel is meant to cater for families. The pools by the afternoon were dirty - rubbish, food and hair and a thin sheet of what looks like a combination of dirt and sunscreen floating around the edges in the big family pool. "We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."
