Staff very pleasant and helpful…gave options for airport transfer and printed boarding passes efficiently and pleasantly..location couldn’t be beaten just around the corner from the cathedral and within a quick walk to the bus and train station "

"Good location, clean rooms (bathrooms not so much, but ok), helpful staff, lockers are easy for storing bags before or after your stay. Ladder for the upper cabins take a little to get used to but doable! Overall, a pleasant stay"

"The hotel is walkable to shopping, old town, and central train station. There are convenient store and grocery near by. The breakfast options were great and the room was comfortable. There are 3 minor feedback: (i) the pillows are way too soft (should have 1 or 2 mid - firm pillows), (ii) there’s only one option to turn on/off lights (should have different switches for certain areas), (iii) the rooftop bar is lovely but the plants are blocking the view of the beautiful city / old town (unless you’re standing close to the windows). Overall, it was a great stay and I would come back. Highly recommended. "
