"We stayed at the standard room with breakfast + dinner option. The dinner was disappointing. The breakfast was ok but if you get a chance, stay next door, at the hotel Posta. It’s much better. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We didn’t go to the spa as it seemed very busy and the spa area smelt of chlorine a lot. The hotel was very busy as it was a peak season. "The staff were extremely knowledgeable and particularly helpful. The hotel has a boutique feel. The room’s furnishings and appointments were nicely done great condition. "I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer."

"We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again"

"The property was small and peaceful. It was in an old style which was very pleasant. The staff were very helful and attentive. I am almost 80! The windows opened into a courtyard balcony so not safe to leave open. The aircinditioning was a little noisy and not too efficient. The breakfast was lovely and the dining room was smallish and very pleasant. The rate I got for a single person was good. Very close to the old centre which was excellent."

"The hotel, overall was nice. The service was very good and the breakfast and dinner, which were included, were also very good. One minor point was that there was nothing in the room in the way of coffee, water, or any type of mini-bar. My only real complaint is that although I had prepaid through Hotels.com, apparently they were not aware and charged me again. I am currently waiting for Hotels.com to resolve the issue "

"Wow - Was excited to stay here after seeing the pictures and reviews and was not dissapointed. Was in the city for a weekend break. Hotel check in was quick and we actually got our room very early as we arrived just before midday. Room was very good. Private suana, jacuzzi and heated floors. Rooms were huge. Apartment had everything we needed. Hotel staff were very helpful too. We had two amazing breakfasts. All in would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Kosice."
