"We appreciated our stay. Although the hotel is older, we liked its classic features. Enjoyed the spa and the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Loved Belgrade and our visit was made complete because of the comforts of Hotel Metropol Palace. Will happily return to the hotel on our next visit."

"Hotel is definitely not a four star due to lack of cleanliness. At best a 3 star due to the location and young hip friendly staff. Cleaning staff didnt even bother to clean or remove our trash until we complained the next days. Bathroom had no instructions on whaat is their towel policy and lack of shampoos and shower gels, they infact gave a soap bar. Moreover, we found blood stains on the floor. Wont recommend for kids or toddlers. "

"The hotel was very nice. Staff was great. Everyone spoke English as well, which was very helpful. In room dining and the restaurant were both great quality. Only downside was the mattress; zero support. "
