"Very lovely hotel "

"The hotel is located in a historic area of Turin close to the Lingotto shopping centre which is part of the converted Fiat factory (the transformation is amazing and very eco-friendly). The spacious hotel lobby is light and welcoming and the rooms have plenty of space also. The service was outstanding and the staff went out of their way to help us with any questions. "Amazing little place with super friendly and helpful staff located in the "middle of nowhere :-)" with a great view towards the valley and vines. Room was big, clean, quiet and nicely designed. Very nice restaurant and own wine production on premises. "

"We requested a 'quite room' but were located at the front of the property next to the main through road. The facilities were very basic. The evening meal which was included in the price was although basic, well cooked. We had to run the hot water in the shower for 15 minutes before the hot water would reach the shower head and once having done that we got only hot water through the mixer tap in the sink."
