"Everyone at this hotel was amazing. My brother fell in the bathroom and broke the toilet and the room started flooding. They immediately changed our room and started cleaning the mess. I was asking what the charge would be to replace the toilet. They said there is no charge for that. They were truly concerned for my brother’s safety. A terrible thing to happen on our first night there but everyone went above and beyond."

"Nice large room. Comfortable bed. Restaurant nearby. Clean. Great location. Full kitchen didn't have any utensils, dishes, or pots. Staff helpful."

"Overall, fantastic for the price. If attending an event at KU it is a short distance from the main campus. In addition it’s very close to the main drag with shopping and restaurants. Quiet location and friendly staff. Overall, if I’m ever in Lawrence, Od stay here. Only issue was a noisy AC unit. I’ll give them a pass on that- I didn’t bring it up or ask for a different room so that’s on me."

"Beds were comfortable. Area was quiet and seemed like good safe area.. Only complaint was lack of parking. Absolutely terrible. Not even street parking availability and a lot of reserved spots available but not allowed to park in. Toiletries were the thinnest ive ever come across. But other than that id go back"
