"Since I walked in to the hotel they greeted me well. I arrived to the hotel 1 hour before my check-in time, and I was able to be in the room. Raneem, Manal, and Malik deserve more than 5 stars, they were very polite, friendly and nice. Made sure I am happy. Location is close to a lot of places. Overall service amazing all staff were smiling all the time. I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I visit Amman. Thank you guys for the best hospitality!!! "

"I was greeted by the Desk Clerk in a very friendly manner and was shown to my room. The breakfast consisted of varied vegetables, boiled eggs, cheese, bread, cereal, orange juice and coffee."

"We booked Mina Hotel but when we arrived to the Hotel they told us the hotel is closed. They told us to go to Golden Tulip Hotel what was just opposite to Mina Hotel.The Hotel receptionist told us the Mina Hotel and The Golden tulip have a some management. So we got the room in Golden Tulip. The Hotel room was very clean.Breakfast was good staff extra friendly and helpful. Location is just perfect. I recommend this hotel to everyone.Thanks for all of the staff we had a nice stay. "
