"during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie. "

"I have stayed at this hotel four times in the last 2 yrs. Not the fanciest place; I would say average. The staff has always been excellent. On my last visit my husband misplaced his hearing aide. We looked everywhere, but couldn't find it.I informed the front desk when I was checking out that we had lost his hearing aide somewhere in the room. An hour after checking out they called to say they found it! We were so thankful. The staff is awesome!"

"Excellent, prompt service. My husband has a disability...we were given a first floor suite immediately at checkin. Really lovely, quiet and clean facility..very close to freeway and downtown area. Thank you for asking."

"Pets are allowed, unfortunately that meant that during our first night there were dogs barking very late. Hotel staff did respond to that appropriately. The rooms aren't super quiet, you can hear everything in the halls. Otherwise, it was a clean, nice room and the staff were helpful and pleasant. "
