The pool was out of commission and the toilet paper was unusable. Also the floor made weird noises. The carpet turned my daughter's feet black after walking on it for only an hour ish.

The faucet was not attached to the counter. The toilet paper holders were broken and empty. Thankful for the handful of tissues on the counter. The floor in the bathroom was filthy. I’ve never stayed in a hotel with so much noise. I had planned on sleeping until 7, but at 4:45 the noises outside were so loud I finally gave up. It was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend staying here.

The room was nice and clean. However, the parking lot was filthy with cigarette butts and glass. Also, the gym didn't have complete weight sets.

We had booked reservations months ago and arrived late in the evening due to travel. We reserved a king room and ended up with a queen. The bathroom was sooooo small , only one person could get in. Not the Ramada we are use to.

A lot of transiant activity , room sharing,staying in parking lot, drug use,was suprised for proximity to boise airport.left for dinner one evening had no parking when we returned due to people staying in the lot shared with another hotel next door. facilities very run down. Would not stay here again even though staff seemed very freindly and helpful.

The 24 hour shuttle is actually an Uber during off hours which works, however, the hotel is dirty, the rooms are not in good shape and the check in staff wasn't very friendly.
