"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "This property is great with a need for a few touch ups - the air on did not work I the 1st room and the staff were very efficient moving us to another room however in the 2nd room the the bath tub jets don’t work, the clip in cover blocking of the tub plumbing was broken as were the towel racks. The staff do try to assist and the rooms are very spacious. I did appreciate that the room looks exact like the photos!"
