"Gorgeous home in a beautiful community in the Algarve. Very comfortable for our party of six. Could walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Bus stop close to take a 10 minute ride to the Carvoeiro. Communicating with hosts was very easy. Highly recommend this property."

"The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Grocery store was just around the corner. Would liked to have had a small broom and dustpan to sweep the floors with after cooking and eating. The terrace had no view just the 4 walls surrounding it which kept it cool and damp. Overall, this place is good for a short stay in Lagos."

"This property is exceptional beautiful property - perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown with amazing view of Ocean, short walk to beach and yet close to Old Town Lagos (7 min Uber drive) and close to all major sites. Joana was a great host – courteous and quick to respond to a few questions on our arrival. In short, we had a super stay - Wow!"

"We loved the beautiful house and yard. It was a great place to hang out as a family. Lots of games and we had tournaments of bocce and ping pong. The tables inside and pool side were perfect for our family reunion of 8. The location to the amazing beach and colourful cliff walks were a short walk. The tapas restaurant and the fresh pastries from across the street were delicious. I hope to return. The owners were delightful and easy to get in touch with."

"I was impressed with the property initially, it was well equipped but lacked a milk jug and teapot. Also the internet was often unavailable.One of the biggest problem were the beds, far too low and the pillows were poorly filled and therefore uncomfortable.I had to go out and buy two new ones. The showers were extremely difficult to control and one was in great danger of being scalded. The shower cubicle downstairs was too small to turn around in as a result your body would inadvertently either...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa das Andorinhas, the house is delightful, loved the decor throughout and it had everything we needed. Felt like we were locals! It is also in a great location, near to the marina, old town and the beautiful beaches. You can walk to all of the amenities. We didn’t have a car but caught the bus to Porto de Mos and Sagres which were both really nice days out. The train station is also very near and we got the train back to Faro for our flight. A taxi is needed at...

"We were initially concerned that views from the deck didn't match photos on the vrbo website. Sandra graciously alleviated our concerns. The interior was very clean and incredibly roomy. In addition, it had excellent kitchen and bathroom ammenities. Although we didn't use it, the pool is a great feature. This is a great place for a family to stay."

"This resort property exceeded our expectations in several ways. The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious, efficiently serving a large number of people. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and wonderful - we did not try the beach club amenity. Our room was upgraded to a suite and was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Self parking was safe and free, and paid underground parking was also available. Finally, the hotel was conveniently located to the marina, town, bus station, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!"
