"Hotels.com took booking. 2 days later The Accommodation rang me direct to advise they were closing the weekend I was due to stay. Contacted Hotels.com and after several connection issues with an out of UK contact centre was unable to find alternative. Bit hacked off as was advised my refund would take 7-10 days to process. Should have been immediate if out of my control. Found another booking privately. Hotels.com still asking me how my stay was!!!"

"Stayed here several times now and never been disappointed. Food is excellent and the atmosphere in the bar is always good. Staff are very friendly. The outside area and beer garden has a relaxed atmosphere with great views over the beach"

"We had an enjoyable stay at tbe hotel and had a fabulous breakfast. The room was tidy however we found a capsule of some sort of medication under the bed and the fire alarm went off in tbe morning and noone came t9 check or inform us of a test."
